Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

  • Mix Wet with Dry Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and vegetable oil until smooth and well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
